Small furnished bedroom available for $900...I am a single 47 yr old man with 3 extremely loving friendly dogs ( So dog Lovers preferred) and 2 teenage kids who do not live here full time .....there is no private entrance and I'm home most evenings.....bedroom and full bath are upstairs as soon as you enter the house ........to be honest I'm up in the air about doing this for lack of privacy but I think it might work with the right person ......I'm near Hofstra, NCC, Adelphi., Carle Place and Westbury school, LIRR and the Roosevelt Field Mall ......I'm sorry but I prefer a woman (professional , student preferred) .......there is also access to backyard , patio and pool .........Room includes cable and utilities and access to laundry ........kitchen accessibility and home gym in basement available as well..... once again this has to be the right person with a high degree of trust ......it's not a very big house and will only work in the right situation.....and please no smokers..no drugs...and no overnight guests...One month rent and Security deposit required ..........If you need something Temporary that works as well......rental only for professional woman or female student(s), Smaller bedroom...appr 115 sq ft...$900....includes one full bed , dresser, closet, TV with cable.....
