Temporary Positions Starting with Part-time Hours and Going to Full-Time Schedules for the Summer Months - Perfect for College Student SchedulesWorldCare Pet Transport is one of the world's most respected pet relocation companies, specializing in the transport of household pets largely for executives of Fortune 500 companies throughout the world.We are currently filling Associate Pet Relocation Counselor temporary positions that begin as part-time hours (10-12 hours weekly) from now through spring and then full-time (40 hours weekly) from May through the busy summer months. These positions conclude at the end of August. These temp positions report to our Darien, CT office. Successful candidates will be highly organized and articulate individuals who are able to multi-task with ease.Ideal candidates possess strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, and can adapt to a deadline-oriented and hectic summer peak season.As a temporary Associate Pet Relocation Counselor you will be responsible for the following among other tasks:Supporting the activities involved with pet moves as directed by Pet Relocation Counselors in our customer service departmentConfirming information with both our origin agents and destination agentsSending updates to our customers when pets are in transitFollowing up with boarding facilities to check on petsAnswering phone callsDatabase entry and updating of informationAdministrative tasks as requestedRequirements:* Minimum of two-three years of college education* Proficient with Microsoft applications* Strong administrative skills including typing speed of 50 wpm or more* Superb communication skills both verbal and written* Ability to work between 10-12 hours weekly (can be flexible, but must be within our normal business hours Monday through Friday) from now through to beginning of May (can adjust a little for college students needing to complete spring semester). Must then be able to work a full-time schedule (40 hours weekly) for the months of May through to end of August at which time these temporary positions conclude.These temporary positions pay $15 per hour.Job Types: Part-time, TemporaryPay: $15.00 per hour
