Do you want to start as the #8 employee reaping the rewards of growthResponsibilities:- Meet with customers and drive enrollments for Rellevate's product- Ability to communicate with customers in-person, virtually, phone, email, text- Offer one-on-one employee/customer assistance with account registration - Clearly communicate account setup requirements and expectations with customers and key stakeholders- Manage client/customer questions and provide timely resolutions- Become a product expert and ensure the customer receives superior service- Solve technical problems to resolve issues with onboarding and adoption- Leverage feedback for continuous improvement to the onboarding process- Utilize company systems to research customer activity and support history "Rellevate is helping to empower America's working-class by enabling them to access, use and move their money... anytime, through fee-friendly products such as a digital account, bill pay, send money, gift/reward cards, and Pay Any-Day...that allows access to money they have earned without having to wait for payday."Rellevate is growing at a super-fast rate and is looking to hire a Bi-Lingual Customer Onboarding Specialist Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated, fast learner, passionate individual who is ready to hit the ground running. Successful candidates will have the ability to quickly learn new technologies and communicate those concepts to customers with varying degrees of technical expertise.Requirements:- Bi-Lingual: English/Spanish - a MUST- Must have a valid drivers license and the ability to travel- Work location: Stamford, CT (Will be Virtual until Return to Offices)- Candidates must reside in the state of Connecticut- 1-3 Years of experience with payment products or consumer financial products- Direct experience with pre-paid cards, direct deposit, P2P payments preferred- Ability to travel by car/train/air up to 50% covering territory in Northeast U.S.- Perform onboarding activities in a variety of settings (factory, warehouse, conference rooms, etc.)- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written- Bachelor's degree preferred
