Administrative Account Assistant position available. This is a PART TIME position requiring excellent communication and customer service skills. Reliable, Responsible and Team player preferred. Full training provided. Excellent Compensation and Benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Time Off, Bonus) offered. The available hours are FLEXIBLE between anytime between 8.00 am to 7.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Responsibilities will include: Responding to Customer and Vendor queries Preparing Reports, Spreadsheets and Analysis for Client Support Account Renewal Preparation, Servicing and Finalization Qualifications include: Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams & Outlook Attention to details ** College degree preferred but not required. Must be a Team Player.
