Looking for a personal assistant for long-term. The previous assistants and I worked as the principal's assistants since we were in college. We were able to have our own apartment and work with her for 9-years (for me) and 10-years (for the prior assistant). This job helped me move out at the age of 21 and had flexible working hours. Please send me your resume if you are interested in starting your career as a personal assistant to a CEO of a telecommunications company, living on the Upper East Side in Manhattan. We have a home office in a doorman building that you will work from when the principal is in town. You may work remotely when the principal is traveling. The principal travels frequently so the hours are very flexible. Responsibilities:Proficiency in typing, revising, and printing documentsAccount balancing and file organizingCommunicate and coordinate with domestic staff, vendors and contractors, etc. Act as primary gatekeeper and liaison for the principalManage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessaryReceive and sort incoming mail and deliveries, and manage outgoing mailManage office budgetMonday through Friday schedule.Requirements:Minimum 3 years experience in an office settingAbility to work independently and as part of a teamIntelligent with strong problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented with exceptional organizational skillsMust be okay with an office dog (very friendly)
