JOB DESCRIPTION:Cardo Systems, the global market leader in the field of wireless communication systems for motorcycle, ski & crew helmets, is seeking a meticulous and adaptable Sales Operations Admin to support our Sales and Marketing Teams. In this role, you will help our team and channel partners verify distribution information, invoices, relay order instructions, sales forecasting, analytics, reports, CRM & ERP maintenance, and other sales support functions.The sales operations admin is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day administration of operational tasks within the U.S office. This role is a high-value addition to the sales organization and its channel partners, enabling revenue growth and increasing sales productivity.This is an entry-level position suitable for college graduates looking to join a fast-growing company. The position reports directly to Cardo's GM Americas, with a dotted line to the Sales Operation Manager in Israel.ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:-Prepare sales performance reports and sales forecasting models and data-Manage and maintain sales process adherence with channel partners, including sales forecasts, inventory, and Sell through reporting.-Prepare Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Review presentations.-Generate reports and dashboards that will provide optimal visibility.-Manage and maintain the operational process in the company's ERP.-Managing inventory, handling shipments, and logistics between the various warehouses across the organization.-Follow up on payments and invoices from advertisements, Media, Sponsorships, shows, and Events.-Tracking shipment and deliveries of POS materials and promotional units.-Coordination and support in planning Industry shows and events.-Helping with orders fulfillment.-Deliver excellent customer service both internally and externally.-Monitor & Control inventory transactions and inventory accuracy.-Provide ongoing support to the team with various tasks with all activities.-Help maintain communication with channel partners and their sales and operations team. REQUIREMENTS:-Bachelor's degree in supply-chain, data-analytics, or another related field or equivalent.-A customer service-centric mindset (de-escalation, problem resolution, ability to assimilate information quickly, accuracy, ability to multi-task, etc.) is essential.-Excellent interpersonal communication skills.-Strong attention to detail, prioritization, and control of time effectively.-Able to operate in a high-growth and high-pressure environment.-Strong capabilities in MS-Excel, including advanced functionality such as pivot tables, queries, etc.-Background in data analytics - advantage-Fluent in English, Spanish, and/or Hebrew - advantage.
