We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator/Technology officer to provide sound technical leadership in all aspects of our business. You will be tasked to ensure our company's technologies are used appropriately. Strategic thinking and strong business acumen are essential in this role. We expect you to be well-versed in current technological trends and familiar with a variety of business concepts.. The position will flex between tech needs and office needs while working from home and in the office. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the office staff and field personnel has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the office administrator will include managing scheduling softwares, APs/ARs, company computers/phone intergration and continuity, job costing, permits, rebates and overall company needs working with other office personnel and field personnel. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company's offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.ResponsibilitiesDevelop technical aspects of the company's strategy to ensure alignment with its business goalsDiscover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantageHelp departments use technology profitablySupervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiencyBuild quality assurance and data protection processesMonitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performanceCoordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policiesManage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper managementManage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)Support budgeting and bookkeeping proceduresCreate and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other dataTrack stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessarySubmit timely reports and prepare power point and sales presentations/proposals/ maintenance agreements as assignedAssist colleagues whenever necessarySkillsProven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant roleOutstanding communication and interpersonal abilitiesAttention to detail and following up thru a task until completionExcellent organizational and leadership skillsFamiliarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principlesExcellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software and more (ERP etc.)Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantageProven experience as a CTO or similar leadership roleKnowledge of technological trends to build strategyUnderstanding of budgets and business-planningAbility to conduct technological analyses and researchExcellent communication skillsLeadership and organizational abilitiesStrategic thinkingProblem-solving aptitudeBSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
