Regular babysitter with a flexible schedule

Hi We're looking for a babysitter who would be comfortable helping with both twin 1 year old babies as well as our energetic almost 4 year old.The babies were born very premature so they mostly play at home and need to be mostly bottle fed but we are doing more spoon feeding and will be integrating some baby led weaning soon. Someone else (myself, my husband, my mom or another longtime babysitter) will always be with you to take care of the other children so you'd just be responsible for one at a time.Our almost 4 year old loves having someone to play with dolls, draw with, go to the playground with, etc. She has a full time weekday nanny so most help with her will be in the evenings or weekends.We're open to both occasional or more regular schedules but most importantly require flexibility to work different hours, including weekend ones.
