Job DescriptionDanessa Myricks Beauty is looking for dynamic and hard-working Warehouse Associates to join our teamWarehouse Associates will work in the Distribution Center in Bethpage NY, assembling orders, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, stocking, etcproviding world class service in a fulfilment production environment.Job Responsibilities:As a Warehouse Associate, you will:- Restock, track and organize inventory- Verify the accuracy of incoming and outgoing shipments and orders- Data entry - working on returns, credits and refurbishing frames- Enter information in database- Stock and arrange products- Fill customers' orders according to specifications- Maintain a clean work area to ensure compliance with safety regulations- Performs all work in accordance with established safety procedures- Other duties may be assigned.Profile and Experience:Warehouse Associates candidates must meet the following requirements:- At least 6 months to 1 year warehousing experience as general laborer warehouse associate or material handler.- Ability to stand, twist, push, pull, squat and lift to 30 pounds for entire shift- Unpacking Shipments- Verifying Inventory received, cycle counts and quality control checks- Stocking shelves- Must be able to work in a fast paced / deadline driven environment and work over-time as needed.- Candidates selected must meet all pre-screening eligibility requirementsQualifications/skills:Education: High school diploma or equivalentExperience: 1-2 years of related experienceExcellent verbal and written communicationService orientationCritical thinking a plusActive listeningJob Types: Full-time, Part-time, TemporaryPay: $15.00 per hourCOVID-19 considerations:All Customers are required to wear a Mask and follow proper COVID protocols.
