I missed having Scaffidi for Basic Spanish 1 last semester during the Fall and I got an A. He is an easy A professor and I recommend you take his class if you need a foreign language at OW. Highly recommended! |

Highly recommended. Had for Spanish I. Hands on approach, very very accommodating to students. Loves the latin language and culture. I've never met a more respectful prof. who really wants people to learn. exams were impartial. One of the friendlyst guys you could meet. |

I really was not looking foward to taking spanish because i failed it in ninth grade and havnt taken it since. But he really broke things down for me and was available before class and office hours to explain things i did not understand and help to review for upcoming exams. He really wants everyone to succeed. |

prof. Scaffidi has a wonderful teaching philosophy that is simple, considerate to student needs, and a method that works efficiently. He teaches people to actually learn Spanish at their own pace which is very important. Very simple, fun, and enjoyable class. He is a great person and prof. so take him and except an A! |

im in his spanish 2 class, spring 2010 right now.. and hes FREAKINg outstanding!! i heart scaffidi <3 lol hes very accommodating and he definitely knows how to teach spanish.. i HIGHLY recommend him!!!! |
