Nice space......carts are a bit small for moving stuff and elevator closes really fast.....but staff nice and place is convenient

I was ok with the storage facility until I stopped by today to.retrieve an item. It was raining and to my horror I noticed that the roof was leaking onto my belongings and that several boxes were wet as well as a few items of clothing that were soaked. I notified management and they were as helpful as they could be but they were not able to call someone to come and stop the leak until the next day
