Great moving experience with CubeSmart. However, the "free" truck and driver promotion was a waste of time and energy as the difficultly of coordinating with A Super Mover was too high and they didn't even have useful options available. Please either make the experience more fluid, change providers or just remove the offer.

This is my first storage unit here and I will not go anywhere else... super friendly staff and very clean!!! Very secure and I feel very safe to leave my stuff here... thank you!!!!
