We are open 7 days a week, always offering you convenient access to your storage unit.
Our self storage facility is located in the heart of Freeport, NY at 73 E. Merrick Road, at the Home Depot / Staples shopping center. We are easily reached by car via Merrick Road or Sunrise Highway 1/4 mile West of the Meadowbrook Parkway. NICE buses and the Long Island Railroad also make local stops near our facility. Our proximity to major roads makes us an extremely convenient option.
When it comes to safety & security, we have that covered too. Our facility is fenced our private parking lot is secured by an automatic lift gate. Each customer receives a key fob along with mobile app accessibility in order to open the automatic gate as well as the automatic door to their building. Pick proof cylinder locks secure each unit door and are provided to every customer. We have 24/7 video surveillance throughout the facility and staff are here during all business hours for our customers safety, security, and to help with anything they might need.
We understand that moving, storing valuables or business related materials can be a stressful event. Our staff is trained to help you as much as possible; they can help guide you into the right unit size, arrange for you to rent our moving truck, and suggest the moving & packing materials that you may need and are available for sale at the office. The facility is super clean and with the climate controlled storage units, you don't have to worry about putting a blanket on the floor inside your unit to combat moisture! Very easy access to parking and unloading area, and great customer service! You get a key fob that works very well. The only bad thing they have is their App. The App is horrible and never works when you want to open the gates. But, you don't need the App at all! You just need your key fob and unit key. Another great thing, is that they accept deliveries small and large, and they will put the delivery in your Unit for you! Overall, very impressed with the facility.

This was my first time using a storage unit. BRENDA was awesome in explaining how everything worked, pricing, etc. The units are impeccably clean, well lit and secured. My only regret was that I didn't do this sooner!!
