I rented 10 days ago....been locked out because storage of america made a mistake....still cant get to my tools....I rented this to store my work tools/supplies and have lost customers cause I can't get into my own storage unit to get the tools I need to do my job. I paid for a unit 2 weeks ago and somehow got locked out after 10 days though I am paid up for a month....still they have a red lock on my unit. neighbors got broke into.....one unit infested with roaches... not to mention i paid 35 dollars for the lock they cut off for whatever reason. I feel violated and nobody has business unlocking my unit and going up into my belongings without contacting me nor without me missing any payment. I still havent gotten a decent explaination. Its ridiculous and I realize I made a huge mistake renting here
