I am currently a Professor of Biology and I have been teaching in higher education for over 15 years. I teach biology, genetics and cellular and molecular biology. My research background is in cancer biology and I am especially interested in this area. I have been involved in a number of National Science Foundation funded grant programs to transform the science curriculum at my institution and I am committed to staying current in student learning and pedagogy.
