Only some apartments had new carpet and not all were updated the same. People were loud and busy late at night on the streets and you could hear a lot of car traffic. They also increase prices every year.

As somebody who's lived at Jefferson's for over a year now, I just want to say that it is a great place to meet new people and learn to live independently but with the support of other students around you. Living at Jefferson's makes me feel like I am part of a community that is friendly and welcomes its inhabitants with open arms. Furthermore, I really like its central location (minutes from downtown and campus), its elegant interior design that's relatively new, and the free cable/wireless internet, gym, pool, game room, and study area.
