The great prof. at westbury, learned a ton this past semester. First impression he comes off as being a little crazy, but a friendly guy once you get to know him. He?s great at keeping his courses fascinating ,thus his class was never dull ?Spent extra time before and after class to help me understand material.I highly recommend his class. Just
Show up every day and take notes!!!! all you need to know for exams.. make sure you think for the exams or you will not be able to complete exams...entertaining
Dr. Fink is a great prof.. I took him for science in western civ and it was pretty fascinating! Take lots of notes and I recommend rewriting them before exams. Just because exams are open book doesn't mean they're simple. Make sure that you're crystal with certain concepts. I got an A in this class and I didn't have to work too difficult either.
He's a great prof., he's a pretty difficult grader his exams are open book from your notes, bring a TAPE RECORDER, so that you dont contradict yourself on your exams he's a difficult grader...
No textbook needed, exam are open book but the exams are really difficult. Say if you got one part right and you got another question wrong, he automatically marks the prior question wrong also because it's contradicting. Honestly do not like him as a prof.
A former stand-up comic, he knows how to grab an audience and keep them mesmerized. Very knowledgeable, brought ancient history to life. I wish I could take more courses with him. Class attendance is a must.
Such an intelligent man and wonderful teacher. Very eccentric in a way that makes the class more fascinating. All his exam are open book, but take great noted because they are a bit challenging. Overall I would take every single one of his courses, learned sooo much from him! |
