ok basically she is a female joe pesci who knows absolutely nothing about the real world. She talks about working in a restaurant a lot and I didnt know Old Westbury was a culinary school. |

prof. Jones is one of the great prof.s at OW. She is very experienced and is there to really pass on her knowledge. She gives great notes which are the basis for exams and she tells you what she wants exactly so there's no confusion. I had her for two courses, they were both fun, a lot of work but you leave full of knowledge. simple A. |

The way she grades is ridiculous. She gives too many projects for an supposedly simple class. except a C unless you put a lot of effort. |
