I have trained and coached athletes from Grade 7 through college with an emphasis on tailoring each program to the needs of the individual or group I am working with. I have worked as an assistant freshman basketball coach at the University of Pennsylvania and at numerous summer camps with University of Windsor head coach Chris Oliver and NBA skills coach Don Kelbick. In addition, I hold CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and CrossFit Olympic Weightlifting Certificates.
