I am a certified English as second language teacher. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, and have a strong connection with diverse cultures throughout New York city. I have been working tutoring Spanish speakers in Elmhurst / Jackson Heights since 2001. I understand the Hispanic culture and the struggles they go through trying to integrate into mainstream American society.
