I worked most recently as the Science Consultant in a local public school for 11 years. While in that position I established and maintained a hands-on Science Lab for K-5 students and had a great relationship with my students. My teaching/coaching experience includes Science Olympiad, Girls On The Run, self-defense, children's gymnastics, and adult fitness classes. I started my career as a Medical Technologist in a clinical setting and continued as a Scientist for 13 years.
