Not a great teacher. He barely teachers the text and just goes over current events the whole class. Overall not bad as long as you can to teach yourself |

Great preparation for the business world. Anyone serious about a career in Accounting and being a CPA would have a first hand knowledge of the industry - from a Partner in what was one of the largest Accounting firm in the world. |

He bridges the gap between traditional old school style learning and the real world. In the real world you have to communicate,and follow current events, so participation and sharing is very important. You also have to take initiative and be proactive-these things are always rewarded. I would highly recommend Prof. Lanz. |

The worst prof that Ive ever had!!! He cannot teach and is very stern. He thinks he's runny a CPA firm. Rushes through material and is very unclear. STAY AWAY DO NOT TAKE HIS CLASS!! HERE'S A LITTLE ADVICE PROF. THE WORLD IS NOT "BLACK & WHITE" THERE ARE GRAY AREAS...LOOSEN UP MAYBE YOULL ENJOY LIFE A LITTLE BETTER!!! |

prof. Lanz is the worst prof. for accounting EVER. He gives former CPA Questions but everybody just memorizes the answers. He does not teach, has a stuttering problem,talks the whole time about nonsense. AVOID AT ALL COSTS YOU WILL NOT LEARN ANYTHING IN HIS CLASS! He is a former AA Partner, I see why they are not in business anymore! |
